Membership is open to anyone over the age of 17.

Prospective members can enjoy two rambles before taking up membership.

Members should walk in single file on roads, facing the traffic.

Strong shoes or boots are required on all walks and suitable outdoor clothing should be worn/carried, together with refreshments.

Members should not walk ahead of the walk leader.

Dogs are not allowed on walks.

Muddy boots and/or clothing should be removed or covered before boarding the coach.

The Secretary should be notified of any change of contact details (email, address, telephone number).

Walks can never be free from the possibility of accident or illness and inevitably therefore walkers must accept an element of risk.

Club walks are undertaken in countryside requiring the ability to climb stiles, climb/descend steep hills and walk on rough ground.  Regrettably none of our walks are suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.

All members are expected to use the coach provided to travel to and from walk locations
